Hungama heshi dimilew! (How are you my friends?)
Just in case you haven’t heard yet, First Nations at UW will be having our 40th Annual Spring Powwow this April 8th, 9th and 10th at the Hec Edmundson Pavilion on campus. Our theme this year is “Our Legacy Thrives.” As usual we won’t be able to put it on without the help of volunteers, so please if you are interested you can sign up using this link here:
If you’re not interested but know of anybody (students, community service groups, a family member, etc.), we would greatly appreciate it if you could possibly forward this on to them. It’s a great opportunity to get involved with our community and be a part of the powwow.
Any questions or concerns about volunteering, please contact our volunteer coordinator Rich Summers at email@example.com. Any questions about the Powwow please contact our Powwow Chair Brittany Barret at firstname.lastname@example.org.
‘Um Wa’angawi (Thank you!)
