This webinar will provide an overview of the existing social context that presents barriers and challenges for Native people living with HIV or AIDS (PLWHA) in accessing quality care and treatment. It will introduce the Ahalaya Case Management Model, which was developed to help extend the lives of Native PLWHA through culturally affirming treatment and services, and to assist case managers and other service providers in becoming more culturally responsive.
