The Dr. James A. Ferguson Emerging Infectious Diseases Fellowship Program is a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention funded 9-week summer program providing educational and professional development opportunities f
or students from underrepresented populations and those interested in addressing health disparities related to infectious diseases. The Ferguson Fellowship Program also includes sponsorship to attend a national scientific meeting and sponsored membership to the American Public Health Association.
Award Amount: $4,000 stipend, housing and round-trip travel for out-of-state students
