Would you like extra academic help for your child?
The Seattle Indian Health Board is offering case management services to American Indian and Alaska Native families free of charge.
Enrolled families will receive:
? Money for school supplies, after school activities including sports, musical instruments and more
? An advocate to increase communication between you and your child?s teacher
? Help forming individualized learning plans specifically tailored to the areas in which your child struggles
? Referrals to physical and mental health services if needed
? Transition support for 5th graders entering middle school
? Periodic events and opportunities to meet other parents within the Native community at your child?s school
