Assorted raw vegetables
2 cups plain yogurt
1/4 cup chutney, chopped
1 teaspoon dried mint flakes, crumbled
Rinse the vegetables and break or cut into bite-size pieces. Arrange on a large platter. Mix together the yogurt, chutney and mint. Stir until blended. Pour into a small bowl and place in the center of the vegetables. have ready as an after school snack. Yield: 12 servings.
